The proposed settlement (the "Settlement") creates a fund in the amount of Eighty-Five Million Dollars ($85,000,000) in cash and will include interest that accrues on the fund prior to distribution.

The Net Settlement Fund will be distributed to Class Members who submit valid, timely Proofs of Claim and Release forms ("Authorized Claimants") and who qualify for payment under the Court-approved Plan of Distribution. Your Legal Rights and Options in the Settlement

Submit a Claim Form: The only way to receive a payment.
Exclude yourself: Receive no payment. This is the only option that allows you to participate in another lawsuit against the Defendants and the other Released Parties relating to legal claims arising out of the circumstances pertaining to in this case, to the extent that any such claims are not barred by the expiration of any applicable statute of limitation or otherwise.
File an objection: You may write to the Court to object if you do not like the settlement.
Go to a hearing: You may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the settlement.
Do nothing: Receive no payment. Give up rights.
